Climate

Generally, you'll find mild and wet conditions in Vancouver. The City's daytime temperatures average 70º  F (20º  C) in summer and 35º  F (2º  C) in winter. The area gets an average of 57 inches (144 centimeters) of rain a year. Winter is the rainy season, but the rain is usually that of the drizzly (not the downpour) variety.
