Do the Boulder Dash

Boulder, a well-spring of exercise-obsessed residents and miles of cycling and walking trails, is clearly a paragon of the eco-minded lifestyle. But the city also boasts its own rich history and a thriving arts community and restaurant scene. For a unique eatery, there's Dushanbe Teahouse, a fairytale extravaganza of a building crafted by Tajikistan artisans; the Museum of Contemporary Art, Boulder Creek Path, and Pearl Street Mall are a stroll away. Boulder is also home to the Colorado Shakespeare Festival, one of the top three such festivals in the nation.
