Idaho's 16 ski areas run the gamut from glitzy and glamorous to mom-and-pop-style slopes. SCHWEITZER MOUNTAIN RESORT offers a 2,400-foot vertical and the only six-person high-speed lift in the state, while others make up for their modesty with shorter lift lines and chill family vibe.
