If, however, you still have time and energy from the Antelope Flats Loop and want to notch a century for the day, take note of a road on the right as you head back to Jackson. Head north on Teton Park Road's wide shoulders for about eight miles and take the left fork onto Jenny Lake Road, a good three miles of riding alongside this blue jewel of water at the base of the mountains.

By continuing north and east, you will eventually reach the junction with Highway 26-89-191, approximately 11 miles after Jenny Lake Road rejoins Teton Park Road. But before you do, your bike will hug the shores of Jackson Lake, where the reflection of the snow-tipped Tetons and deep blue sky make this ride feel even bigger than it is.

Signal Mountain Road will appear on the right, and it—along with other unpaved roads (like River Road) in the surrounding area—offers even more opportunities to explore. But chances are good that, especially if you have taken this ride in combination with Antelope Flats, you may be running out of time and energy. If you like what you see (and what's not to like?), come back another day for more. You've still got a rather long (about 43 miles!) ride back into town after reaching the junction with the highway into Jackson.
