Biking
Those wanting to pedal in Forillon can take the park's secondary roads (North and South areas) and the road to Penouille Beach. Fat-tire bikers can ride La Vallee and Le Portage Trails, as well as the gravel road to Cap-Gaspi and a 12-km loop through the Anse-au-Griffon Valley. Cycling is prohibited on all other trails. Bicycles can be rented near the park.

Sea Kayaking
A sea kayak puts you closer to Forillon's breathtaking scenery, seal rookeries, breaching whales, and thousands of nesting seabirds than any other means of exploration. Cime Aventure Inc. (418-892-5088) rents sea kayaks to qualified paddlers and runs tours for novices; their Gaspi operation is based at the recreation center in the southern sector of the park. This service is offered from late June until early September. Off season, rentals are available upon request.

Scuba & Snorkeling
The sea floor around Forillon is rich in color and is home to many varieties of marine species. This diversity never ceases to amaze divers who start off from the sites at Petit-Gaspi, Grande-Grave, Anse Saint-Georges, and Anse-aux-Sauvages. At Grande-Grave, divers can use a service building equipped with changing rooms and basins to rinse their equipment. Services such as diving courses, equipment rental, and compressed air supplies are available near the park.

Camping
There are 367 sites available for camping in addition to a group campground and two backcountry sites located on Les Cretes trail. No fees are required for backcountry camping, but registration at a park reception center is necessary. Reservations for campsites can be made by phone (418-368-6050), at least 48 hours prior to arrival. During winter, camping is restricted to the Petit-Gaspi group campground.
