Rainbow Lakes Wilderness
Located in the Chequamegon National Forest in Wisconsin.
Designated as wilderness in 1975, this area encompasses nearly 6,600 acres of the Chequamegon National Forest. Recreational enjoyment in this special area includes hiking, fishing, canoeing, wildlife viewing, photography, and cross-country skiing.
