Natural Bridge State Resort Park
Natural Bridge State Resort Park takes its name from a giant natural sandstone arch that is its star attraction.
Trails & Nature Center: The nine hiking trails range from one-half mile to eight-and-one-half miles. Trail maps are available at the Nature Center, located on the ground floor of the Activities Center. The Nature Center houses exhibits about the park.
Sky Lift: For a relaxing climb to natural bridge, enjoy a ride on the sky lift. The ascent begins one-half mile from the park entrance and ends within 600 feet of Natural Bridge.
The resort is 52 miles southeast of Lexington. Take I-64 to the Mountain Parkway, at Slade take KY 11 2 miles to the park.
Accommodations
Hemlock Lodge Delight in the beauty of a lodge nestled in the mountainside. The 35 rooms of Hemlock Lodge have private balconies.
Cottages: Two two-bedroom and eight one-bedroom cottages.
Camping: Two campgrounds provide 82 sites with utilities. Twelve primitive campsites are also available. Dump stations and two central service buildings with rest rooms and showers.
