Minnewaska State Park Preserve
Minnewaska is managed by the Palisades Interstate Park Commission, and comprises approximately 12,000 acres of wild and scenic landscape on the Shawangunk ridge. Primarily a day-use area, an admission fee is charged. Clear streams, lakes, and 50 miles of carriageways and trails beckon visitors who love hiking, climbing and other outdoor activities.
