We carried our ice axes from Wolf Creek Pass and only used them once along a steep north-facing, snow-gullied slope. We also replaced our Pur filter with a Pur purifier after ours gave us many problems. Adrianne replaced her long underwear bottoms with fleecy pants and got a pair of Lowa boots. Sarah got a new pair of Salomon Exit Low shoes and a new Ridgerest. We also re-seam-sealed our tent, which leaked in a rainstorm. We gave our sleeping bags a washing and a drying that lasted 4 hours and cost too many quarters.
