Tour the city by bike (what better way to work up an appetite—or to work off all those calories?), or take an after-dark whirl on in-line skates, along with some 5,000 other crazy French bladers. Not too far from the city, you can hike among history along Normandy's beaches—throw in some cheese and a baguette for a trailside nosh.
