If you simply can't keep your feet on the ground, paragliding might be just the thing. The steep Himalayan slopes of northern India offer the perfect launch pad for a glide over spectacular forested valleys and rushing mountain streams. Don't expect to be overrun with opportunities here, since there's just one paragliding operator in the region—Himalayan Eagle Paragliding School in Manali.
