Long Island Rambles - Connetquot River State Park has many wheelchair accessible trails, including West Club Road which leads to a fish hatchery.

Everglades National Park - One of the best—paved and boardwalk trails, accessible visitor centers and campgrounds, ranger-led activities.

Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore - Many accessible features at this midwest ecological gem, including boardwalk trails and beaches.

Baqo de Oro Trail - Mostly paved rain forest trail, featuring the sounds of running water and tropical birds in Puerto Rico's Carribean National Forest. Also, don't miss El Portal Tropical Forest Center.

Delaware Water Gap - Many accessible facilities and some calm, flat water paddling a shout away from both New York City and Philadelphia.

Old Growth Sanctuary - Elegic profile of the Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest and an easy, 2 mile trail that is a prelude to wilderness.

Hiking at Oregon Dunes - Not all, but many of these trails are accessible: easy, with some extensive boardwalks. Great birding, to boot. Go explore!

Cataract Trails in Marin County - Don't let the name fool you—an easy walk in the woods of northern California's Mount Tamalpais.

Climbing with Ability - For some, disabilities are minor obstables to epic achievements.

Yosemite National Park - Access for people with disabilities

Zion National Park - Access for people with disabilities, including lodging, picnic areas, campgrounds, interpretative programs, and trails

Crossing the Barriers - New site from the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Parks to help those with disabilities gain access to recreation on Montana's public lands.

International Foundation for Disabled Sailing - Promotes all aspects of disabled sailing worldwide through promotion of disabled sailing clubs, regattas and events, and news and discussion.

Paul Bunyan Trail - The longest paved "Rails to Trails" in the nation winds from it's source in Brainerd-Baxter, Minn., north to Lake Bemidji State Park. Walk, bike, skate, and snowmobile. The trail and it is fully accessible for persons with disabilities. Site includes maps, trail history, and events.

United States Cerebral Palsy Athletics Association - Organization promoting individualized sports training and competitive opportunities for atheletes with cerebral palsy or other related challenges, such as head injuries or strokes.

Canadian Association for Disabled Skiing - Recreational programs, cross-country and alpine, racing teams, spring festival and national championships, paralympic and world championship results, and pictures.

Wheelchair Accessiblity on Catalina Island - Lodging, dining, transportation, and other information on getting around the island.
