Skiing Deer Valley

Deer Valley remains the top choice for the ski vacationer looking for pampering. The terrain is as well-groomed as the valets who offer to carry the guests' skis from their cars to the lodge. The food is gourmet, the restrooms display freshly cut flowers daily, and the service is immaculate. Of course, the ticket prices reflect these amenities. A day of skiing at Deer Valley will cost more than any other resort in the state.

However, for those who want a kinder, gentler style of skiing and are willing to pay for it, Deer Valley offers a great alternative. Particularly if part of that incentive includes gentler terrain, since aside from the back bowls, there is a decided lack of advanced skiing within the 1,200 acres of Deer Valley.
