Thanks for the caravan compartment review, its great that you were able to find a range of useful applications for these travel storage devices. You noted in your review: &quot;The zips do feel a bit flimsy compared to more hardcore product like your day pack, but they’ve held their own over months of arduous testing.  If that changes, we’ll let you know.&quot; You are correct: these are #5 coil zips, a day pack is a #8 or #10-essential for the torque a pack experiences but in our humble opinion overkill (and weight) for travel storage items.
