Where is the best place to hunt Elk,Big Horn Sheep and Mule Deer?

I just purchased 33 Acres at Twin Lakes and plan on bldg a future homesite.I want to be able to hunt ,fish and ski near my property without having to pay the expensive hunt guides and other things.
