may not be entirely paved. Is this correct ? We were planning a motorcycle ride thru the forest from I-90 via Highway 14 over to Cody Wyoming. Please advise on the status of Highway 14. I also see where Highway 14 splits in the middle of the forest. Are BOTH roads paved ?? Thanks for your help.
