Cynthia, the ACE Basin National Refuge is only open from dusk till dawn, so there are no overnight facilities available within the refuge itself. There are, however, a few options nearby, which are listed here: http://www.fws.gov/acebasin/camping.html. Edisto Beach State Park, for example, offers camping for between $14-$30/night (two-night reservation required). Enjoy!
