Do you have a nice quiet river to canoe near Nashville, Tennessee ?
I am not looking for rapids, water falls and other hazards. I just want to paddle for 12 to 17 miles.

Have you thought about Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area? This is a great place to paddle, only about 100 miles northwest of Nashville on the Tennessee-Kentucky border. My family and I go up here when we want to get away from it all.
