Standard fee to enter Grand Canyon National Park is $25 per vehicle, and $12 for individuals entering by foot, bicycle, motorcycle, or non-commercial group. Admission is good for seven days and includes both South and North Rims. If you can time it, Grand Canyon National Park, along with over 100 other parks that normally charge entrance fees, is free during the NPS' fee-free park days throughout the year. These include National Parks Week (April 21-29), June 9, September 29, and Veterans Day weekend (November 10-12). More details here: http://www.nps.gov/findapark/feefreeparks.htm. Enjoy your visit! If you can, I'd highly recommend walking or taking the free shuttle from the area around Grand Canyon Village to the South Kaibab trailhead, which is typically a little quieter (same great views!). Better yet, hike the trail into the canyon for the best experience.
